It all starts with the initial consultation, in which all parameters of the project will be established, such as;

Square footage limits
Site constarints
Aesthetic approaches
Room sizes
Window styles, etc.

Following the initial meeting, a designer will work to address all issues in preliminary plans. These plans and elevations, called schematics, will then be presented to the client for evaluation. Once the schematic drawings are approved by the client, final drawings will commence.

The final drawing package consists of all plans required of all plans required to facilitate accurate construction and receive permits. The final package includes, but is not limited to the following:
